Here you will find all the game subscription cards we carry. Game subscription cards are cards that contain a code to be used on games that are considered pay to play. After using that code, you will get more days to play that particular game.
For people who are paying via snail mail (as described at our main site), we can simply email you the code on the card if you include an email address with your payment. If you want the actual card sent to you, please include $0.50 shipping (domestic) or $1.00 (international). For those of you who are paying via paypal, please include $3.35 for certified shipping if you want it sent to you (domestic only). If you simply just want the code emailed to your paypal address, a phone number will be required to confirm your identity. If you have purchased from D2 United before via paypal (over 60 days) and you have a registered D2 United account (over 60 days), then this phone number will not be required because of the extra D2 United security measures that are in place.
